Wake 180

Wake 180 Front

Make a hard cut toward the wake. When you reach the trough (the area just before the wake) spin around 180 degrees. To do this, have a palms down grip, and turn away from the wake. In other words, if the wake is approaching on your right, rotate left. If the wake is approaching on your left, rotate right. Touch your hip with your hands on the handle. Ride up the wake while resisting it and at the top of your jump, rotate back around to the front and land. Be sure to keep your hands in close to your waist when landing.

Wake 180 Back

Make a hard cut toward the wake and throw a big wake jump. When you are in the air and not before, rotate 180 degrees back. To do this, have a palms down grip. If the wake approached on your right, rotate left. If the wake is approached on your left, rotate right. Touch your hip with your hands on the handle. Hold this position until you land. It helps to keep your head up. As soon as you land, use the bounce to spin back to the forward position.
